Notice to Parents and Candidates regarding Admission Procedures
The school has now published admission arrangements for
First Form (Year 7), Junior House (Year 3) and Sixth Form (Year 12)
As with all schools, our arrangements for selecting pupils are subject to revision by the Schools Adjudicator.  On 15 July 2014, after a challenge by the British Humanist Association, the Adjudicator decided that the School’s admission arrangements should be altered in a number of respects, including by the removal of various faith-based oversubscription criteria. The School is disappointed by this ruling as well as by its late timing.

However, in the interests of parents and pupils the School has decided that it cannot challenge the Adjudicator's findings in time to affect admissions in 2015.  Admissions arrangements for 2015 entry will therefore be set in accordance with the Adjudicator's ruling. In respect of future years the School continues to review the legal position and expects to make an announcement shortly.

Potential applicants for Admission 2015 are advised to check the school website for the Admission Arrangements and the necessary Religious Inquiry Form on which to make their application to the School.

If you are unable to access the website or prefer to request the necessary documents are sent to you by post please telephone or write to the Pupil Registrar at the school.
