STAFF VACANCIES

The London Oratory School always welcomes enquiries and applications from prospective classroom teachers, middle leaders and senior leaders. The school is an outstanding Roman Catholic school in the trusteeship of the Fathers of The Oratory, London.  There are 1330 pupils, 80 boys aged 7 to 10 in the Junior House receiving a specialist music education, 900 boys aged 11 to 16 in the first to fifth forms and 350 in the sixth form, including 80 girls.

Part-Time Sixth Form Study Supervisor

The school is looking to appoint a part-time Sixth form Study Supervisor working five days per week in St Philip’s Library at the heart of the school from September 2019.

Hours of work                 22.5 hours per week
                                           8:30am – 1pm term time (38 Weeks)

Basic salary:                   For the part-time position is £12,620 per annum, including
                                          holiday pay.

Part-Time School Librarian

The school is looking to appoint a part-time Librarian to work five days per week every afternoon from 12.30pm to 6pm in St Philip’s Library at the heart of the school from September 2019.

Hours of work                 27.5 hours per week
                                           12:30pm – 6pm term time (38 Weeks) plus additional 20
                                           days during school closures.

Basic salary:                    For the part-time position is £23,577 per annum, including
                                          holiday pay.

RECEPTIONIST AND REGISTRY SECRETARY

A full-time position working as Receptionist during mornings in term-time and working in the Registry in the afternoons and during school holidays, providing secretarial and administrative support.

Hours of work                 37.5 hours per week
                                           7.45am – 4.15pm term time; 8:15 am – 4:45pm school holidays
                                           25 days of holiday per annum

Basic salary:                    In the region of £21,000 - £22,000 depending on experience
