STAFF VACANCIES

The London Oratory School always welcomes enquiries and applications from prospective classroom teachers, middle leaders and senior leaders. If you are a qualified, committed and enthusiastic teacher who would like to join The London Oratory School we would be happy to hear from you. Whilst we may not immediately have a vacancy to suit your experience and qualifications we are happy to keep your CV on file so that if or when an appropriate vacancy does arise, we can contact you with details.

The school is an outstanding Roman Catholic school in the trusteeship of the Fathers of The Oratory, London.  There are 1330 pupils, 80 boys aged 7 to 10 in the Junior House receiving a specialist music education, 900 boys aged 11 to 16 in the first to fifth forms and 350 in the sixth form, including 80 girls.

 

Teacher of Mathematics

Applications are invited for September 2019 for the post of Teacher of Mathematics.  For suitably qualified candidates and early start in the summer term may be possible.

We wish to appoint a qualified, enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to teach Mathematics throughout the school, including GCSE and A-level. A management allowance and/or the opportunity to teach Further Maths may be available to a suitably qualified candidate. Candidates should be prepared to make a full contribution to both the wider Catholic life of the school and the extra-curricular activities programme. 

Salary: school scale (currently £29,764 to £40,749 in 6 increments) plus any Threshold payment which may apply.
