The London Oratory School always welcomes enquiries and applications from prospective classroom teachers, middle leaders and senior leaders. The school is an outstanding Roman Catholic school in the trusteeship of the Fathers of The Oratory, London.  There are 1330 pupils, 80 boys aged 7 to 10 in the Junior House receiving a specialist music education, 900 boys aged 11 to 16 in the first to fifth forms and 350 in the sixth form, including 80 girls.

Development, Alumni and Arts Centre Manager

The London Oratory School invites you to apply for the post of Development, Alumni and Arts Centre Manager. Trad, but quirky, The London Oratory School is amongst the city’s most prestigious state-funded Catholic schools. MUSIC AND ARTS ADMINISTRATOR

ks2 Teacher


Applications are invited for January 2020, for a permanent full time KS2 Specialist teacher, to  teach such KS2 subjects (Year 3 to Year 6 inclusive) to Junior House pupils as are required by the School. The current vacancy is English lead, but alternatives are possible. There is the possibility of pastoral leadership (Junior House Housemaster) in the Junior House for the right candidate.

learning support assistant

Applications are invited for the post of Learning Support Assistant for January 2020

The School is seeking to appoint three dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to work alongside colleagues throughout the school.  Candidates should be suitably qualified or have experience of working on a one to one and group basis supporting pupils with SEND in all aspects of school life.

The School would be interested in candidates who have experience of working with pupils with EAL.  An additional allowance may be payable for this.  This skill is not an essential requirement, however.

Salary: £13,326 to £16,733 (school scale) depending on experience (term time only rate).
Hours of work:   30 hours per week.  8.30am to 3.30pm, excluding a one hour lunch-break.  Term-time only (38 weeks per year)
